Jubilant and General Atlantic:  The Future of Healthcare

When GA's India team first met the executives at Jubilant, the company had rapidly evolved as a strong pharmaceutical player across India, having recently made two small acquisitions in Europe and one in the US.

GA siezed the opportunity to help Jubilant grow into a true global entity, and invested in 2005.  The company now holds strong international subsidiaries in the US, Belgium, and China, and four manufacturing locations inside India.  In addition, Jubilant has since acquired companies such as Hollister-Stier Laboratories, Draxis Health, and Specialty Molecules.
