Xchanging and General Atlantic:  'Xchanging' Cost for Profit

In early 1999, GA provided startup funding for Xchanging, a business processing company based in the UK.  GA assisted in all aspects of the business from board building to creating strategic partners.  Eight years later, Xchanging was listed on the London Stock Exchange, achieving another milestone in its growth trajectory.
