Wilfrid Morin Promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Trow Global

BRAMPTON--Trow Global, one of North America's fastest growing consulting engineering firms, is pleased to announce that Mr. Wilfrid Morin has been promoted to the newly-created role of Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Morin maintains his role as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Quality Management for Trow Global.

Mr. Morin will oversee all operations for Trow Global (Canadian, US and International) and will be primarily responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient integration of the operating units into the Trow Global family of companies. He will work directly with Mr. Stritesky.

Born in Drummondville, QC, Mr. Morin obtained his civil engineering degree from Sherbrooke University in 1971. In 1972, he earned his Masters degree in Applied Sciences from the University of Waterloo in Ontario. That same year, he joined the firm Lemieux, Donaldson, Fields & Associés, which is now Teknika HBA, and in 1997 he became President and CEO of the firm. Under his leadership, Teknika HBA became one of the largest engineering firms in Quebec, and in 2008 and 2009 won the title of "Best Employer" in the Large Business Category. In 2008, Teknika HBA joined the Trow Global group of companies. Very active in the community, Mr. Morin works on many boards and with industry associations, as well as volunteering for many causes that raise the quality of life in the communities of Quebec. Mr. Morin has been recognized with numerous awards and accolades for his work in and outside of the engineering community.
