Our mission is to provide valuable assistance so that each and every one of our portfolio companies succeeds in achieving their strategic growth objectives.  Our long-term capital structure allows us to be an actively engaged, thoughtful, and patient investor with an extended investment horizon.  Therefore, we do not approach our investments expecting that there will only be a few winners that will offset less successful investments.  Rather, we seek to help all of our portfolio companies reach their fullest potential.

Our strategy is to roll up our sleeves to identify with management the most important business opportunities and challenges facing each company.  As a result, we limit the number of investments that we make each year to ensure that we can devote the time and resources required. Our investment professionals are actively involved not only at the board level but also in key strategic initiatives. In addition, our Resources Group and Special Advisors provide hands-on support and functional expertise to share best practices, access our global network and add measurable value over time.
