Ms. Dillon is Assistant Director, Research/Knowledge Services at General Atlantic, and is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. Currently, Ms. Dillon's primary focus is working on projects for various senior MD's within the organization and assisting with the firm's capital raising activities. She also plays a central role in our internal knowledge management and outsourcing initiatives.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Ms. Dillon was a Jr. Portfolio Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, where she worked with institutional clients. She graduated in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Political Science, as well as minors in Economics, Sociology, and Writing.
