Tom Davis is an Associate at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he focuses on investments in the Financial Services sector. He joined General Atlantic's Palo Alto office in 2008, and now works from the firm's New York office.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Tom worked at Morgan Stanley in its Investment Banking Financial Sponsors Group based in San Francisco, where he worked with private equity clients on structuring leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and portfolio monetizations in a variety of industries. Prior to that, Tom worked in New York for Morgan Stanley where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for financial institutions.

Tom received his B.A. in Government and Legal Studies from Bowdoin College.
