Fernando Marques Oliveira is a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he serves as the head of GA's São Paulo office and Latin American program. Mr. Oliveira leads GA's investment activity in Brazil and more broadly in Latin America as part of the firm's continued strategy to invest in growth companies in that region.

Mr. Oliveira has been an active investor in the private equity industry in Brazil since 1997, most recently as a director of Grupo Icatu, a family investment office. He has extensive relationships with experts and advisors in the region and has led or co-led investments in numerous companies.

Mr. Oliveira holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas in São Paulo.
