Lucia Rigo is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm. She joined the London office in 2009.

Prior to General Atlantic, Lucia was an analyst at UBS Investment Bank in the Leveraged Finance and Financial Sponsors team where she worked on providing financing and debt advisory to corporate and private equity clients across various sectors. Lucia also completed a secondment in the UBS Financial Sponsors team in Hong Kong, where she worked on M&A advisory projects for private equity clients across Asia.

Lucia graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, with a Degree in Business Administration in 2006 and studied for a semester at Ross School of Business, Michigan University.
