Carlos Rivera is an Associate at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he focuses on investments in the Business Services sector. He joined General Atlantic's New York office in 2011.

Prior to joining GA, Carlos was the Officer in Charge of a Naval unit deployed overseas.

Carlos graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 2005 with a B.S. in Political Science.
