Eduardo Marini is a Vice President at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm. He is based in the firm's São Paulo office, where he focuses on growth investments in Latin America across sectors. 

Prior to joining GA, Mr. Marini was an Investment Principal at Actis, an emerging markets private equity firm, where he focused on investments in the consumer, business services, and financial services sectors in Latin America.  Previously, he was an investment banker with Lazard in São Paulo, focused on mergers and acquisitions advisory, and with Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Financial Sponsors group in New York, where he worked with private equity clients on structuring leveraged buyouts across various sectors.  Before business school, Mr. Marini worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.

Mr. Marini received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and an LL.B. from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais
