Adrianna Ma is a Managing Director at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where she has worked since 2005. Ms. Ma is currently leading GA's efforts in the Energy and Resources sector. She is a director of Gavilon Holdings, LLC (Private).

Ms. Ma is involved with a number of educational and not-for-profit organizations. Since 2000, she has been a member of the MIT Educational Council.

Prior to joining GA, Ms. Ma worked at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in the Mergers, Acquisitions and Restructuring Department. Previously, she was a project manager at Hewlett-Packard Company. Ms. Ma received her BS in Electrical Engineering and Sciences and ME in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
