Rajat Sood is a Vice President at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he focuses on investments in the Financial Services sector. He joined General Atlantic in 2007, and currently works in the firm's Mumbai office.  Rajat also worked in GA's New York office from 2009 to 2012.

Prior to GA, Rajat worked at McKinsey & Company Inc., a global management consulting firm, in their India office. While at McKinsey, he worked with clients in the financial services, retail and health insurance sectors on a range of strategic and operational issues.

Rajat is a gold medalist from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta where he did his M.B.A. after graduating from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
