Our managing directors and investment professionals have extensive previous experience with the premier investment banking and consulting firms as well as in operating roles in industry. Our portfolio professionals and operations group provide in-house functional expertise assisting our portfolio companies in finance, technology, global sourcing and communications. We also have a group of geographically focused Special Advisors with high-level industry experience who actively advise us on market trends and assist our portfolio companies with international issues. In all, over 70 professionals around the world dedicate a majority of their time to working closely with our portfolio companies after we invest.  On average, GA devotes 1.6 investment professionals per portfolio company, the highest number in the industry.
