Ranjit Pandit is a Managing Director at General Atlantic. He is located in General Atlantic's Mumbai office, where he serves as head of the firm's investment activities across India.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Pandit served as a Managing Director - India for McKinsey & Company, where he served a number of major U.S. and other global companies in a variety of areas, including corporate governance/leadership, change management, corporate finance, alliances, technology management, manufacturing, marketing, sales and logistics.

Mr. Pandit holds an MBA degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a BE degree in electrical engineering from VJTI, University of Bombay, India.
