Ms. Dillon is Director of Global Research at General Atlantic, where she has worked since 2002.  Based in Greenwich, Connecticut, Ms. Dillon is responsible for the management of GA's outside relationships with research and data vendors on a global basis.  In addition, she oversees GA's outsourcing initiative and spends time on larger strategic products that are central to the organization.   

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Ms. Dillon was a Jr. Portfolio Analyst at Salomon Smith Barney, where she focused on financial analysis and portfolio management for large institutional clients.

Ms. Dillon graduated in 1999 from the University of Pittsburgh with a B.A. in Political Science, as well as minors in Economics, Sociology, and Writing.
