David Rosenstein is a Managing Director and has worked at General Atlantic since 1997.

Prior to joining General Atlantic, Mr. Rosenstein was an Associate at the New York law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Mr. Rosenstein holds a BA from the University of North Carolina, and a JD from the New York University School of Law.
