Arne Hartmann is a Vice President at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he has worked since 2004. Mr. Hartmann is based in General Atlantic's Düsseldorf office, where he focuses on investments in the Healthcare and Business Services & Technology sectors.

Mr. Hartmann joined General Atlantic from Merrill Lynch Global Private Equity in London. Prior to Merrill Lynch, he was an investment banker with Broadview International's European technology M&A advisory group.

Mr. Hartmann studied in Oxford, Madrid and Paris and received a Master's degree in International Management from ESCP-EAP European School of Management.
