Aaron Goldman is a Vice President at General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm, where he has worked since 2007.  Mr. Goldman works in General Atlantic's New York City office and focuses on investments in the Financial Services and Business Services sectors. Mr. Goldman is a Board Observer or closely involved with General Atlantic's investments in Sura Asset Management, Mu Sigma, Pierpont Securities, Markit, Affinion and Net1.  Mr. Goldman also played an active role on General Atlantic's investments in Klarna and First Republic Bank. 

While at Harvard Business School, Mr. Goldman interned at Texas Pacific Group.  Prior to business school Mr. Goldman spent five years with the growth equity arm of Fremont Group in San Francisco, where he made several investments in the internet, communications and healthcare sectors. While at Fremont Group, he served as President and CFO of LPL Technologies, a growth stage company focused on the early diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer, and as a board director and board observer for a number of companies and organizations. Before joining Fremont Group, he was an analyst in Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette's Leveraged Finance Group.

Mr. Goldman received his BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he graduated with highest distinction and was a Baker Scholar.
