Aaron Goldman focuses on investments in the Financial Services and Financial Technology sectors. Mr. Goldman serves as the GA shareholder representative for Adyen and a board observer for Network International. He is or has been closely involved with General Atlantic's investments BillDesk, Markit, Mu Sigma, Sura Asset Management, Klarna, First Republic Bank, Pierpont Securities, Affinion, Net1 and Tory Burch.
While at Harvard Business School, Mr. Goldman interned at Texas Pacific Group. Prior to business school Mr. Goldman spent five years with the growth equity arm of Fremont Group in San Francisco, where he made several investments in the Internet, communications and healthcare sectors. While at Fremont Group, he served as president and CFO of LPL Technologies, a growth stage company focused on the early diagnosis of Ovarian Cancer, and as a board director and board observer for a number of companies and organizations. Before joining Fremont Group, he was an analyst in Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette's Leveraged Finance Group.
Mr. Goldman earned a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, magna cum laude, from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He also earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he graduated with highest distinction and was a Baker Scholar. Mr. Goldman serves on the board of directors of Citymeals-on-Wheels.
