Luis F. Cervantes Sr.

Special Advisor

Mr. Cervantes is the Executive Chairman of Finaccess Mexico, an Asset Management company that he co-founded in 2000 and manages AUM from local HNWI and corporations. He is also a Director of the holding company Grupo Finaccess and is a member of the Investment Committee of Finaccess Capital, its Private Equity vehicle.

Before founding Finaccess, Mr. Cervantes was the CEO of Multivalores Grupo Financiero, a leading financial group in Mexico whose holdings included Banco del Centro (Commercial Bank) and Multivalores Casa de Bolsa (Investment Bank and Brokerage House). Before Multivalores, Luis was an Executive Vice-President of Business Development at Citibank.

Luis is a Special Advisor for General Atlantic, a global growth equity firm with over US$20 billion in AUM and a Director of FIBRA Prologis, a publicly traded REIT with a US$1 billion market cap. In the Financial Sector, Luis is a Board member for Bank of America Merrill Lynch Mexico. Finally, is also a member of the Board of Trustee of Fundacion Mexicana para la Salud, a Non-Profit organization for the development of healthcare in Mexico, and a Trustee of the Antiguo Colegio de San Ildefonso, a Non-Profit entity for the development of art and culture in Mexico.

Previously, Mr. Cervantes served as Director and member of the Audit Committee of Comercial Mexicana, the third largest supermarket chain in Mexico with US$3.3 billion of market cap. He was also a Board member of Multivalores Grupo Financiero, Banco del Centro, Multivalores Casa de Bolsa, Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), Asociacion de Banqueros de Mexico (ABM), Asociacion Mexicana de Casas de Bolsa (AMCB) and Trustee of Universidad Iberoamericana, his Alma Mater.

Mr. Cervantes earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering, with honors, from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
