Mei Shi

Vice President

Mei Shi joined General Atlantic’s New York office in 2016 and focuses on investments in the Retail & Consumer sector. 

Previously, Mei worked in Operations at Blue Apron and at Silver Lake Partners in New York as a technology investor.  Mei has also lived and worked abroad in Singapore, New Zealand and Ghana.
 
Mei graduated summa cum laude with highest distinction from Harvard College with an A.B. in Economics, a minor in Psychology, and a citation in French language. At Harvard, she was a John Harvard Scholar, received the Detur Book Prize, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She also earned an M.B.A. from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar and an Arbuckle Leadership Fellow.
