SRA International, Inc., a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to federal government organizations, has been recognized by FORTUNE magazine as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work For" for the seventh consecutive year. The rankings, available now at http://www.fortune.com/ , will appear in the January 23 issue, available on newsstands January 16.

"SRA is honored to once again be named to this prestigious list," said President and CEO Renny DiPentima. "We believe this recognition reflects the pride our employees have in a strong culture fostered by our ethic of honesty and service. We strive to provide rewarding assignments, growth opportunities, and workplace flexibility, and this affirms that employees recognize and appreciate these efforts."

SRA ranks number 45 on this year's list and was recognized for its "Get F.I.T." program, which focuses on helping employees to develop healthier exercise and eating habits. The annual list is compiled by Robert Levering and Milton Moscowitz of the Great Place to Work Institute in San Francisco and is based on two criteria: an evaluation of the policies and culture of each company, and the opinions of the company's employees. Two-thirds of the total score comes from employee responses to a 57-question survey, which goes to a minimum of 400 randomly selected employees from each company. The survey focuses on employee attitudes towards management, job satisfaction, and camaraderie within the organization. The remaining one-third of the score is based on an evaluation of each company's demographic composition, pay and benefits programs, and culture.

In 2005, SRA was also named to Washingtonian magazine's list of "Great Places to Work" and was recognized as a "Hot Growth Company" by BusinessWeek.
