Erin Lacerna is a Transactions Counsel at General Atlantic and advises on portfolio investments and liquidity transactions globally as part of the firm’s Legal and Compliance team.  Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Erin was a Senior Associate at the New York law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges, specializing in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
