Lydia is Strategic Coordinator at General Atlantic where she focuses on fundraising support for the firm’s European and Middle Eastern Capital Solutions teams.

Lydia first joined the firm in 2011 in New York before transferring to London. She has over 15 years of experience both in the financial and non-profit sectors.
