Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Anthony spent 7 years as a Partner at Calibre One, a global provider of retained search and talent advisory, where he co-led the firm’s B2B software practice. Previously, Anthony was a Senior Associate at Daversa Partners where he worked on C-level search engagements for high growth companies in consumer-internet and B2B software.

Anish Batlaw is a Managing Director at General Atlantic. He joined the firm in 2015 to lead their Human Capital efforts in support of their global portfolio companies. His responsibilities include development of management teams, board of directors, and executive compensation. Prior to joining General Atlantic, Anish worked at TPG Capital as an Operating Partner and Head of Human Capital for Asia. Prior to TPG, he was with Novartis in various leadership positions, including Head of Corporate Talent Management, VP & Head of HR for Pharmaceuticals, U.S., and Europe. He also worked at Microsoft as General Manager of HR in Redmond, Washington. Early in his career, Anish worked at PepsiCo in various international markets. In 2021, Anish was named one of the Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business, an award given by the Asian American Business Development Center. In 2022, Anish co-authored “TALENT The Market Cap Multiplier” with New York Times bestselling author Ram Charan.

Andrea Beer is a Principal at General Atlantic. She provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in LatAm with a focus on Talent and Human Capital. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Andrea was a Principal at Egon Zehnder, leading projects in executive search, organizational design, talent management and governance. Prior to that, she was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, leading projects in strategy and go-to-market, organization redesign, talent management and transformation.

Samantha Smith is a Principal at General Atlantic and provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies with a focus on talent and human capital. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Samantha was a Managing Director at The Miles Group and partnered with companies to support them in succession planning, leadership coaching, executive assessments, board effectiveness and team effectiveness. Prior to that, she was a Principal at Heidrick & Struggles and focused on executive recruiting across industries.

Claire Hogg is a Vice President and part of General Atlantic’s Human Capital Group. She provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in EMEA with a focus on Talent and Human Capital. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Claire was a Director at The Up Group, a leading European digital executive search, networking and advisory firm. Prior to that, she was a Consultant at Bright Young Things, focusing on executive hires in the consumer and technology sectors.

Asha Krishnan is a Vice President at General Atlantic, providing strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies in India and South East Asia with a focus on human capital. Before joining General Atlantic in 2019, she was a Senior Vice President in IDFC First Bank, where she headed Talent Acquisition for the bank and HR for the Operations and Technology verticals. Prior to that, Asha worked with Tata Sons, where she rendered support to Boards and Nomination & Remuneration Committees of Tata companies.  Asha also held roles in the HR consulting practice of Ernst & Young and has driven multiple engagements across the HR value chain for companies spanning multiple sectors.

Leanne Liu is a Vice President at General Atlantic. She provides strategic support to the firm’s portfolio companies in China with a focus on Talent and Human Capital.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Leanne was a Director at Tencent, leading projects in executive search, talent management. Prior to that, she was a Vice President at GGV Capital, leading Portfolio Talent Services function, providing Human Capital counsel to its portfolio companies and develop its talent network.

Annah Jamison is a Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Human Capital efforts. Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2020, Annah was a Senior Associate at Oxeon Partners, a boutique healthcare executive search firm. Prior to that, she was a Clinical Research Coordinator at The Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Washington, DC and Howard University Hospital.

Mandy Chen is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on firm’s Portfolio Company Human Capital efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Mandy was an Analyst at Bank of America, where she supported the F&O and OTC Clearing business. Prior to that, Mandy was a Fund Valuations intern at KKR.

Mahima Aggarwal is an Analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Portfolio Company Human Capital efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Mahima was an intern at Wagar Global Advisors, a national public affairs and strategic advisory firm. Prior to that, she was an intern at LSN Partners.
