Tripp Smith, previously the co-founder of GSO Capital Partners, established Iron Park Capital.

2020

General Atlantic and Iron Park created Atlantic Park, a 50 / 50 joint venture to capitalize on the market opportunity in private credit.

In June 2021, Atlantic Park Fund I closed $2.2B commitments. Building on the success of Fund I, Atlantic Park Fund II launched in October 2021.
