Growth Investments in Our History reflects the total number of investments made by the Managed Account Program (and the Companion Funds of the Managed Account Program) from January 1, 1980 through the last day of the prior quarter. It does not include investments made by Atlantic Park / GA Strategic Credit Fund(s), the credit strategy that an affiliate of GASC co-advises alongside a third party.
GASC’s assets under management (“AUM”) is the sum of: (i) the Core Program AUM defined below; (ii) the unaudited balance of the dry powder in GA’s Other Advisory Clients listed below as of March 31, 2023; and (iii) the unaudited Unrealized Value of GA’s Other Advisory Clients listed below as of March 31, 2023, which includes investments closed on such Other Advisory Client’s capital call credit facility (if applicable), but not yet called. For the purpose of this definition, GA’s Other Advisory Clients include: (a) its credit strategy, Atlantic Park / GA Strategic Credit Fund(s), which GA co-advises alongside a third party manager, (b) the Red Ventures continuation vehicles (the “RV Funds”), (c) GA’s continuity fund vehicles (i.e., Project Titan) (the “Continuity Funds”), (d) the Atlas continuation vehicles (the “Atlas Funds”), (e) the General Atlantic BnZ Companion Fund(s) (“GA BnZ”) and (f) GAP (Bermuda) Mexico Companion Fund, L.P. (the “MX Companion Fund”). The AUM only reflects 50% of the Unrealized Value and dry powder of Atlantic Park as of June 30, 2022, which represents the percentage of management fees that General Atlantic is entitled to receive from the Atlantic Park joint venture. The AUM does not include the value or unfunded commitments of the Personal Investment Vehicles (as that term is defined in GASC’s Form ADV, Part 2 Brochure), or non-portfolio assets of our investment partnerships (i.e., miscellaneous cash balances).
The assets under management of the GA Core Program (“Core Program AUM”) is the sum of: (i) the Unrealized Value of GA’s Core portfolio as of March 31, 2023 (inclusive of the Sponsor Coinvestment Funds and limited partner coinvestors); and (ii) the unaudited balance of the dry powder in the Core Program. AUM does not include non-portfolio assets of the GA Limited Partnerships (i.e., miscellaneous cash balances), or the AUM of General Atlantic’s Other Advisory Clients, including Atlantic Park, Companion Funds or Continuation Vehicles. “Dry Powder” represents the amount of capital available for investment or fees and expenses, including general partner and employee capital, and is an indicator of the capital we have available for future investments. Please see the GASC’s Form ADV Part 2 Brochure for the definition of Sponsor Coinvestment Funds and Personal Investment Vehicles and a description of how capital is committed to the Sponsor Coinvestment Funds.
Global Locations Across Five Regions reflects the number of cities where General Atlantic maintains at least one office.
Investment Professionals reflects of the number of full-time investment professionals, Portfolio Management, Value Creation and Capital Partnering professionals as of the first day of the current quarter.
Current Portfolio Companies reflects the number of current portfolio investments made by the Managed Account Program and Companion Funds of the Managed Account Program as of the last day of the prior quarter. It does not include investments made by Atlantic Park / GA Strategic Credit Fund(s), the credit strategy that an affiliate of GASC co-advises alongside a third party.
Unrealized Value represents the determination by GA of the unrealized value of the portfolio company or GA’s entire portfolio (as the case may be), as of the date indicated, net of carried interest, based on GA’s valuation policy. When referring to GA’s portfolio as a whole, Unrealized Value excludes escrows and residual interests in portfolio companies that have been fully divested (or that are no longer in GA’s portfolio), unless indicated otherwise. The Unrealized Values are based on closing market prices for public companies as of the date indicated and GA’s most recent quarterly private company valuations. There can be no assurance that unrealized investments will be realized at the valuations shown as actual realized returns will depend on, among other factors, future operating results, the value of the assets and market conditions at the time of disposition, any related transaction costs, and the time and manner of sale, all of which may differ from the assumptions on which the valuations contained herein are based. Accordingly, the actual realized returns may differ materially from the returns indicated herein.

All use of this Website and other websites maintained by General Atlantic that may be accessed through this website, including any password protected areas (collectively, the “Website”), are subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Terms and Conditions Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read this page carefully. By accessing, browsing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Website.
1.2 You understand and agree that we may change this Agreement at any time without prior notice. 1.3 Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to modify or amend any other written agreement you may have with General Atlantic (including without limitation any Commitment Agreement, subscription agreement, client agreement, non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement, limited partnership or limited liability company agreement, admission agreement, promissory note or account agreement) (“Other Agreements”) if any, that may currently be in effect. In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and any Other Agreements, the Other Agreements will govern. To the extent this Agreement conflicts with the terms and conditions of use relating to any password-protected area of this Website, the more specific terms and conditions of use relating to such password-protected area shall control.
2. Use of the Website.

7.1 Termination. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to restrict, suspend or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Website or the Content, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Website or the Content at any time without prior notice or liability.
7.2 Survival. If this Agreement is terminated, Sections 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 shall survive the termination of this Agreement.
8. No Framing.
Elements of the Website are protected by trade dress, trademark, unfair competition and other state and federal laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part, by any means, including but not limited to, the use of framing or mirrors, except where allowed in Section 2. None of the Content for this Website may be retransmitted without express written consent from us for each and every instance.

10.1 This Agreement is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York, without respect to its conflict of laws provisions. You expressly agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the City of New York in the State of New York. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect. Failure of the Company to act on or enforce any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or any other provision in this Agreement. No waiver shall be effective against the Company unless made in writing, and no such waiver shall be construed as a waiver in any other or subsequent instance. Except as expressly agreed by the Company and you, this Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter, and supersedes all previous or contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, between the parties with respect to the subject matter. The section headings are provided merely for convenience and shall not be given any legal import. This Agreement will inure to the benefit of our successors, assigns, licensees and sublicensees.
10.2 If any provision of the Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, than that provision will be deemed severable from the Agreement and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and General Atlantic, and supersedes any prior agreement and understandings with respect to your access to or use of the Website.
