Jessie Cai, Vice President in General Atlantic’s Technology investing sector in New York, was named to Buyouts’ 2020 list of “Women in PE: 10 rock stars who are the faces of private equity’s future.” Jessie was recognized for her leadership and contributions to sourcing and executing deals and working with the firm’s Technology portfolio companies around issues of growth.

Buyouts’ selection criteria was based on anonymous recommendations followed by editorial research. The Buyouts team collected references and recommendations, and later collectively selected the top 10 nominees who particularly stood out, looking at their career trajectory, contributions, deals, and awards received.
