Laura Frattaroli Named to Private Equity International’s 2025 Future 40 List

Laura Frattaroli, Vice President and Deputy Chief Compliance Officer at General Atlantic, has been named to Private Equity International’s Future 40 list. Laura was recognized for her leadership in scaling GA’s global compliance function, following the firm’s platform and operational expansion globally. She also played a key role in integrating the compliance frameworks of Iron Park and Actis to form GA’s Credit and Sustainable Infrastructure platforms, and in developing GA’s supplier risk program. In addition to her contributions to the firm’s operations, Laura is an active member of the GA Women’s Network, where she mentors junior professionals through the Fellowship Programme championing the development of future industry leaders.
The annual Future 40 list recognizes individuals under the age of 40 considered to be rising stars, future leaders, and innovators in the private equity industry. Chosen by PEI’s editorial team, the list is formed from industry nominations with the final 40 selected based on their career trajectory and predicted influence on the industry in years to come.
