Gordon Cruess oversees and provides legal advice on portfolio investments and liquidity transactions globally as part of General Atlantic’s Legal and Compliance team. Before joining General Atlantic in 2015, Gordon was a Corporate Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Gordon was a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
