Joan Zhou

Joan Zhou is Managing Director and Head of China at General Atlantic.
Prior to joining General Atlantic in 2025, she was a Managing Director at PAG, where she focused on investments across Technology, Consumer, and Special Situations. Earlier in her career, Joan held the role of Investment Director at Alibaba Group’s Investment Team, following previous positions at Lehman Brothers and Google.
