Nick Schaffzin is the Head of Application Development at General Atlantic and a member of the Global IT Management Team.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2025, Nick was the Head of Enterprise Applications at Point72, leading the development and support of Corporate Systems. Prior to Point72, he ran the HR, Finance and Enterprise Applications development teams at Brown Brothers Harriman and also led the HR Systems portfolio at MetLife.
