Sofia Kouzinopoulos is a Vice President at General Atlantic and provides strategic support and advice to the firm’s portfolio companies with a focus on talent and human capital on investments in the firm’s EMEA Tech portfolio.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2025, Sofia was the Chief People Officer for a couple of international companies and prior to that she was the EMEA HR Director for Meta during a period of hyper growth for the company.
