Carolina is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic in the Growth Acceleration group focused on investment diligence in US & Latin America. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Carolina graduated from her MBA at Columbia Business School where she focused on Private Equity and Venture Capital. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company where she worked in different industries including Consumer and Financial Services on strategic projects.
