Chris Kojima is Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Solutions at General Atlantic, and serves on the firm’s Executive and Management Committee.

Chris joined General Atlantic in 2024 after more than 28 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner leading many of the Goldman Sachs’ businesses in alternative investments, including its external-manager investment platform for private equity, secondaries, private credit, real assets, and GP stakes. He was named a Partner of Goldman Sachs in 2008, and most recently led the global client franchise of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.
