Lee Vanderpool is a Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer at General Atlantic and is responsible for corporate accounting, operational finance, internal audit and portfolio company valuations. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Lee was a Deals Partner in PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP’s Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services practice. In that role, he provided transaction strategy and execution advice to corporate clients in the technology, media and telecom and life sciences sectors, sponsors and their portfolio companies.
