Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) is a technology integrator that provides technical services to the U.S. government.+General Atlantic originally invested in TASC, a provider of enterprise systems for the national security and public safety markets, in December 2009. In February 2015, Engility acquired TASC and, as part of the transaction, General Atlantic became a shareholder in Engility. In January 2019, Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) acquired Engility and, as part of the transaction, General Atlantic became a shareholder in SAIC.
