Lara Devieux is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts in the Insurance channel.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2025, Lara was the Head of Insurance Advisory & Product for Nuveen, responsible for developing capital-efficient structures and customized solutions for insurance clients worldwide. Prior to Nuveen, she spent 11 year in various roles at MetLife. Lara holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
