Caitlin Joss is a Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s strategy to advance environmental, social and governance (ESG) efforts for its global operations and across its portfolio.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2025, Caitlin was an Associate Director at M&G Investments, leading the work on ESG integration across the equities, multi-asset & fixed income franchises. Prior to that, she was a Manager at S&P Global.
