The companies featured in the tenth annual Disruptor 50 list include Chime, a digital consumer banking provider, and Jüsto, a vertically-integrated online grocery platform in Mexico.

With Disruptor 50, CNBC seeks to recognize the businesses that stayed innovative and resilient in the face of the challenges brought on by the pandemic and the current economic climate. All private, independently owned start-ups founded after Jan. 1, 2007, were eligible to be nominated, and those nominated were evaluated based on quantitative and qualitative criteria. The companies chosen for the list represent the businesses best poised to withstand market pressures and continue making an impact.
