Chris Kojima
Global Head of Capital Solutions
Chris Kojima is Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Solutions at General Atlantic, and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.
Chris joined General Atlantic in 2024 after more than 28 years at Goldman Sachs. He founded and led many of Goldman Sachs’ businesses in alternative investments, including its external-manager investment platform for private equity, secondaries, private credit, real assets, and GP stakes, leading those businesses across two decades. Chris also led the global client franchise for Goldman Sachs Asset & Wealth Management and the firmwide Alternatives Capital Markets platforms. Elected a Partner in 2008, Chris served on Goldman Sachs’ Partnership Committee, its Firmwide Client Franchise Committee, and its investment committees across the private markets.
Chris is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has served as adjunct professor at Columbia Business School. He serves on the boards of Cambridge in America, The Juilliard School, Asia Society, Collegiate School, and the Leadership Council of Harvard Law School.
