Chris Kojima
Global Head of Capital Solutions
Chris Kojima is a Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Solutions, and Head of Liquidity Solutions at General Atlantic. He serves on firm’s Executive Committee and co-chairs the firm’s Investment Committee for Secondaries.
Chris joined General Atlantic in 2024 after more than 28 years at Goldman Sachs. He was Global Head and CIO of Goldman Sachs Asset Management’s businesses in alternative investments, including its external-manager investing platform in private markets, secondaries, GP stakes, co-investments, and hedge funds, leading those businesses since their inception. Elected a Partner in 2008, Chris served on Goldman Sachs’ Partnership Committee and led capital formation across the firm’s private and public investment strategies.
Chris is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has served as adjunct professor at Columbia Business School. He serves on the boards of Cambridge in America, The Juilliard School, Asia Society, Collegiate School, and the Leadership Council of Harvard Law School.
