Gordon Cruess is General Counsel, Global Transactions at General Atlantic, responsible for a legal team focused on global transactions and portfolio matters across the Firm’s product offering. He partners with deal teams on transaction execution, governance, regulatory matters, litigation, and operations to support complex deals and drive portfolio company success.
Before joining General Atlantic in 2015, Gordon was a Corporate Associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison, specializing in mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, Gordon was a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
