Jeffrey Lawrence

Jeffrey Lawrence is a Senior Advisor for General Atlantic, where he focuses on the Consumer sector. Mr. Lawrence serves on the board of Joe & the Juice, a General Atlantic portfolio company, since April 2024, where he is Chairman of the Board. Mr. Lawrence also serves on the board of Shake Shack (NYSE: SHAK) since May 2023, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. Mr. Lawrence also serves on the board of Xponential Fitness (NYSE: XPOF) since April 2024. Beginning in 2000, Mr. Lawrence spent more than 20 years at Domino’s Pizza, Inc. (NYSE: DPZ), a leader in the global pizza industry, including five years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2015 to 2020.

Mr. Lawrence also previously served on the board of directors of Domino’s master franchisee in China. Subsequent to his time at Domino’s, he served as Chief Financial Officer of FIGS, Inc. (NYSE: FIGS), a direct-to-consumer apparel brand, which had its successful initial public offering during his tenure, from 2020 to 2021. Mr. Lawrence later served as Chief Financial Officer of ShiftKey, a technology-enabled marketplace connecting licensed professionals to the future of work, a position he held from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Lawrence began his career in public accounting and is a certified public accountant (registered status) in the State of Michigan.
