Kelly Pettit is General Counsel of Funds and Client Solutions at General Atlantic, where she has worked since 2010. At GA, Kelly leads the investments funds practice, oversees the global regulatory compliance and privacy programs, and assists with general corporate matters. Kelly also serves on the firm’s Operating Committee, is on the Board of General Atlantic Global Growth Equity Fund, L.P., and is an observer on the firm’s Valuation and Conflicts Committees.
Before joining General Atlantic, Kelly was an Associate at the New York law firm Hutner Klarish LLP. She earned a B.A. in Political Psychology from Lafayette College and a J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. Outside of GA, Kelly is on the Board of Global Fund for Children (GFC), which invests in community-based grassroots organizations to advance the rights, safety and potential of vulnerable children worldwide.
