Before joining General Atlantic in 2017, Cathy served as President of Amazon Fashion for eight years. During this time, she brought hundreds of reputable brands to Amazon, led Amazon’s 2012 sponsorship of the Met Ball, the opening of Amazon’s 40,000-square-foot photo studio in Williamsburg, New York, and a multi-year partnership with The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) to sponsor New York Fashion Week: Men’s. Prior to Amazon, she served as General Manager of Gap’s Piperlime, the e-commerce shoe platform she founded in 2005. While at Gap, she held a number of senior marketing positions across the company’s Old Navy and Banana Republic brands. Cathy began her career at Ogilvy One Worldwide.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2019, Vittorio served as Group Chief Executive of international communications company Vodafone Group Plc for over ten years. During his over 20-year tenure with Vodafone Group, Vittorio held numerous executive positions, leading the start up of the Italian business and orchestrating the organic growth of European, African and Asia-Pacific markets. During his tenure he transformed Vodafone from a consumer-focused mobile operator into one of the largest full communications groups in the world by investing organically around €100bn and inorganically around €50bn.

Vittorio was also Group CEO of RCS Media Group, a leading Italian publishing company operating in Italy, Spain and France. Prior to that, he was a Partner in McKinsey & Company’s Milan office.

Todd returned to the role of Chili’s President in 2005 when the brand entered its most aggressive growth phase, building 75-125 new locations per year through the end of 2009 when he retired. Todd is also an Operating Partner at several private equity firms and performs due diligence projects for potential acquisitions.

He also ran digital, marketing, and data/analytics efforts across all of Citigroup’s consumer lines of business. Dr. Linville also served as a member of the Citigroup Operating Committee and the Citi Consumer Management Committee

Prior to Citigroup, Dr. Linville spent more than two decades at American Express, where he held leadership roles including President and CEO of Consumer Services, President of the U.S. Consumer Card Services Group, and President of Corporate Services. While at American Express, he led the Consumer Card, Membership Rewards, and Consumer Travel businesses in the U.S., as well as the Prepaid Card and Travelers Cheques businesses on a global basis, representing over 50% of the company’s earnings. He was also a member of the American Express Operating Committee, a six-person senior management team that set the strategic direction for the company alongside the CEO.

At Biogen, Dr. Maraganore invented and led the discovery and development of ANGIOMAX® (bivalirudin) for injection, formerly HIRULOGTM and currently marketed by The Medicines Company. Prior to Biogen, Dr. Maraganore was a scientist at ZymoGenetics, Inc., and the Upjohn Company.

Dr. Minor also serves as the Carl and Elizabeth Naumann Dean of the Stanford University School of Medicine, a position he has held since December 2012. He is also a professor of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery and a professor of Bioengineering and of Neurobiology, by courtesy, at Stanford University.

Before joining Stanford, Dr. Minor was provost and senior vice president for academic affairs of The Johns Hopkins University. Prior to his appointment as provost in 2009, Dr. Minor served as the Andelot Professor and director (chair) of the Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery in the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and otolaryngologist-in-chief of The Johns Hopkins Hospital. With more than 160 published articles and chapters, Dr. Minor is an expert in balance and inner ear disorders. In 2012, Dr. Minor was elected to the National Academy of Medicine, formerly the Institute of Medicine.
