Previously, he was the director of business development at Partner Fund Management (PFM) and Pacific Current Group (formerly Northern Lights Capital Group).

Kanika Mediratta is a Senior Director with the General Atlantic Foundation. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Kanika worked in the Grants Management team at JPMorgan Chase. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, Kanika was a Vice President at First Republic Bank and held various leadership positions including serving as the Head of Operations for the First Republic Foundation.
