Sandeep Naik is a Managing Director focused on General Atlantic’s business in India & Southeast Asia. Before joining General Atlantic in 2012, Sandeep served as a Partner and Co-Head of India for Apax, leading investments in the healthcare, financial and business services and retail and consumer sectors. Earlier in his career, he was Global Marketing Manager at Medtronic Inc., a scientist at Mayo Clinic, and a management consultant with McKinsey & Company. He is also the Co-Founder of InfraScan Inc., a medical device business focused on detecting bleeding inside the brain using a handheld device. Sandeep was selected as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum and has served on the Global Agenda Council of New Order of Economic Thinking.

Neal Kok is a Managing Director at General Atlantic. Neal is based in Singapore where he focuses on investments in the firm’s portfolio companies that operate in the Southeast Asia and Australia region. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Neal worked at the KKR offices of Sydney and Singapore. Prior to that, Neal worked at Treadstone Partners and Goldman Sachs in Australia.

Izkandar Bloy is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s investments across Southeast Asia. Before joining General Atlantic in 2020, Izkandar was an Investment Manager at Navis Capital Partners where he focused on investments in Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at The Boston Consulting Group.

Alex Ong is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on accounting, tax and legal affairs in General Atlantic’s Singapore office. Before joining General Atlantic in 2011, Alex was a Fund Accountant at State Street Bank, focusing on private equity and real estate clients. Prior to that, Alex worked as an Assistant Manager at Ernst & Young.

Victor Taslim is a Vice President at General Atlantic and focuses on investments in India & Southeast Asia. Before joining General Atlantic in 2019, Victor was an Investment Associate at Crescent Capital Partners. Prior to that, he was a Consultant at Bain & Company, working across the firm’s Southeast Asia and Australia regions.

Melvin Perera is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on Data Science capabilities for the Growth Acceleration Group. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Melvin was a Data Scientist at Refinitiv.

Kevin Koh is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on Data Science for the Growth Acceleration Group. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Kevin was a Data Scientist at Lynx Analytics. Prior to that, he was a Consultant at Capgemini.

Teow Yong Zhen is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s investments across Southeast Asia. Before joining GA, Yong Zhen was a Senior Associate at Temasek International. Prior to that, he was an Analyst at Credit Suisse.

Ke Xun Sia is an Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s investments across Southeast Asia. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Ke Xun was an Analyst at BA Capital. Prior to that, he was an Associate at Temasek.

Nandita Banna is an Analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on Data Science capabilities for the Growth Acceleration Group. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Nandita was a Digital Transformation Intern at SMRT Corporation. Prior to that, she was a Data Analyst Intern at Love, Bonito and Mondelez International.

Christabelle Effendy is an Analyst at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s investments across Southeast Asia. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Christabelle was an Analyst at Warburg Pincus.

John Prasetio is a Senior Advisor at General Atlantic, providing strategic support and advice to the firm’s investment teams and portfolio companies in Southeast Asia with a particular focus on Indonesia. John joined General Atlantic in 2017 and recently served as the Ambassador Extraordinary & Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to the Republic of Korea. He is currently President Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange and Senior Advisor of Crowe Horwath Indonesia. John has held a number of senior executive and leadership positions at corporations, government institutions, and leading business associations. He began his career as a Faculty Lecturer in Economics at the University of Indonesia.
