Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Tiffany was a Vice President at Macquarie Asset Management’s Client Solutions Group based in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she was a co-founder of a consumer start-up company in China.

Joe Horak is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Joe was a Vice President at Brookfield Oaktree Wealth Solutions. Prior to that, he was an Assistant Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management.

Zoe L’Esperance is a Senior Associate at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Zoe was a Director and Head of the U.S. Alternative Investments Sales Desk at UBS.

William Nazar de Jaucourt is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Will was Co-Head of Private Wealth Distribution at Sera Global. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of the Alternative Investments Growth Strategy for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management and Bank of America Private Bank.

Benjamin Charon is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts.

Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Ben was a Managing Director at H.I.G. Capital where he was responsible for capital raising and investor relations activities. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in the Private Funds Group at Evercore, where he was responsible for capital raising and advising the firm’s financial sponsor clients across the private equity, private credit and infrastructure asset classes .

Chris Kojima is Managing Director and Global Head of Capital Solutions at General Atlantic, and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee.

Chris joined General Atlantic in 2024 after more than 28 years at Goldman Sachs, where he was a Partner leading many of the Goldman Sachs’ businesses in alternative investments, including its external-manager investment platform for private equity, secondaries, private credit, real assets, and GP stakes. He was named a Partner of Goldman Sachs in 2008, and most recently led the global client franchise of Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Karim Boueiz is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2022, Karim was a Managing Director at Campbell Lutyens where he was responsible for LP coverage in the Middle East, French-speaking Europe and Southern Europe.

Roni Elchahal is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and leads the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts in EMEA. Roni joined General Atlantic in 2007, focusing on investments in the firm’s Technology sector. He has also worked at CI Capital Partners where he helped source and execute middle market investments across various sectors, and at The Boston Consulting Group where he worked on strategic and operational projects across a variety of industries.

Pamela Fang is a Managing Director and Head of Capital Solutions for Asia at General Atlantic. Before joining General Atlantic in 2017, Pamela served as Director and Head of the Investor Development Group in Asia at Actis. In this role, she was responsible for fundraising and investor relations activities in the region. Prior to that, she led global business development and fundraising at CDIB Capital International and worked at GE Capital as a senior investment lead, focused on direct private equity investments. In addition to over ten years of private equity experience, Pamela held various senior roles focused on business development, mergers and acquisitions, debt structuring, and sales at Morgan Stanley and Barclays Capital.

Andrea Joseph is a Managing Director at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2018, Andrea served as the Head of Investor Relations at Oak Hill Capital Partners. In this role, she was responsible for fundraising and investor relations activities. Prior to that, Andrea worked as an Associate at Oak Hill Capital Partners focusing on investments in the Technology group, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Morgan Stanley.

David Swift is a Managing Director, Head of Climate & Sustainability Strategies on GA’s Capital Solutions team. Prior to joining GA, David was the COO and founding team member of Engine No. 1, an alternative asset manager where he led the firm’s institutional client relationships. Previously, he was the director of business development at Partner Fund Management (PFM) and Pacific Current Group (formerly Northern Lights Capital Group).

Yennifer Frascone is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2024, Yennifer was the Head of Latin America Business Development at LGT Capital Partners. Prior to her tenure at LGT, she worked in the Client & Product Solutions Group at Apollo Global Management. Previously, Yennifer spent six years in the Mexico and Financial Sponsors Groups at the JP Morgan Private Bank.

Young Seok (KC) Kim is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2020, Young Seok was a Senior Client Relationship Professional for the Client Solutions Team at Partners Group in Seoul, Korea. Prior to that, he was a Vice President of the Global Investment Division at KTB Private Equity.

Scott Levine is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2021, Scott was a Director in the Client & Product Solutions group at Apollo Global Management. Prior to that, he worked on the Institutional Client Business team at BlackRock, Inc.

Ryan McGrath is a Principal at General Atlantic and focuses on the firm’s Capital Solutions efforts. Before joining General Atlantic in 2023, Ryan was a Principal at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) & Co. Prior to that, he was a Director and Head of the U.S. Alternative Investments Sales Desk at UBS.
